Takedown Requests

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used without permission on our website, we take such matters seriously. Submitting a Takedown Request

To initiate a takedown request, please send an email to dmca@investmentloi.com. Include the following information:

  • Your contact information, including name, address, and phone number.

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

  • The specific URL(s) where the infringing material is located.

  • A statement confirming that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Response Process

Upon receiving your request, we will review the information provided. If your claim is valid, we will remove the infringing content as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once the action has been taken. If we determine that your request does not meet the necessary criteria, we will notify you of our decision.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. This should also be sent to dmca@investmentloi.com and must include:

  • Your contact information.

  • A description of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.
