Submitting a Takedown Request

Response Process

Upon receiving your request, we will review the information provided. If your claim is valid, we will remove the infringing content as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once the action has been taken. If we determine that your request does not meet the necessary criteria, we will notify you of our decision.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. This should also be sent to dmca@investmentloi.com and must include:

  • Your contact information.
  • A description of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.
